By accessing or using Olyzono's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Olyzono provides website design and development services for villa owners. Our services include:

  • Custom website design and development
  • SEO foundation and optimization
  • Analytics setup and configuration
  • Deployment and handover
  • Support services as outlined in your package

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about your villa
  • Supplying high-quality assets (photos, content, etc.) as requested
  • Owning or having rights to all content and assets you provide
  • Maintaining your domain and hosting accounts
  • Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner
  • Making payments according to agreed terms

Service Scope

Our services are provided as outlined in your selected package. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Timeline

We aim to deliver websites within 7 days as stated. However, delivery timelines depend on timely provision of required assets and feedback from clients. Delays in providing assets or feedback may extend the delivery timeline.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

  • Payment is required according to the agreed schedule
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom code and design created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, methods, and processes. We may showcase your website in our portfolio with your permission.

Limitation of Liability

Olyzono is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
